Where we are
We are in the greenest, quietest part of Rimini, where the city turns into hills a few minutes from the sea: good air, silence and sfoglia made the way it used to be.
We do not have a workshop open to the public, but we will be running sfoglia courses before long. Follow us and you will find all the news on the journal.

We are open to collaborations with Romagna producers (flours, eggs, cheeses, tools) and with anyone who runs festivals and courses. We do not publish undisclosed sponsored articles and we do not write reviews in exchange for products.
